New Leadership Team for Guernsey

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Greg McKenzie as Managing Director of our Guernsey office and Andy Bailey as Head of Fiduciary.

Greg brings over 16 years’ experience within global servicing businesses covering the funds, fiduciary and banking sectors. Specialising in alternatives, Greg brings a wealth of leadership and corporate governance experience to the business. He will oversee all aspects of the business in Guernsey including relationship management, client service delivery and corporate governance.

Andy has over 20 years’ financial services experience with leading independent trust companies and has extensive experience in complex private client and corporate structures that spans a broad spectrum of asset classes. Andy commences a growth role and his remit will oversee fiduciary service delivery across all Group locations, which will include business development, technical fiduciary matters and product development.

Ross Youngs

Ross joined Belasko in 2021 to lead the Groups commercial growth strategy in Private Capital Fund Administration, Corporate Administration and Fiduciary services.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the Offshore Fund and Fiduciary markets holding leadership roles in Alternative Assets, Sales, Relationship Management and Client Service for a global provider.

Working with managers across the UK, US, Europe and Middle East, Ross has helped clients launch fund and investment structures in the Private and Public markets focusing on Private Capital and Real Assets.  His experience covers multi location, complex fund servicing and has a strong understanding of Fund Administration, Banking, Financing, Custody and Depositary Services.

Ross seeks to create proactive partnerships with clients based upon trust, a long-term strategic commitment and great service.

Ross is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Banking and holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Financial Services.

Hannah Dunnell

Hannah joined Belasko in 2023 overseeing leadership, performance and culture.

With 17 years of experience in Guernsey’s finance industry, Hannah has worked across fund administration, corporate services and company secretarial services. 

Hannah is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and has a keen interest in how governance interplays with all areas of business from processes to people and culture. She is passionate about the development of people and the role of women in business. 

Alex Le Prevost

Alex joined Belasko in 2023 to bolster the business’ fiduciary team and drive new initiatives and technologies.

He joined with more than 18 years of experience in the private wealth sector and extensive knowledge of managing HNW client relationships.

His knowledge of the Guernsey and South African markets will be a key step in continuing the business’ growth over the coming years.

Alex will be based in our Guernsey office but work across our jurisdictions to deliver excellent client services and help lead the business’ fiduciary team.

Dom Rice

Dom has over six years’ funds experience and has worked on a mixture of private equity, credit and real estate closed ended structures domiciled in Guernsey.

Dom has experience in the management of client teams’ delivery excellent client service across regulated and unregulated investment structures. Dom seeks to build strong client relationships through active and transparent dialogue with his clients.

Dom is currently in the process of finalising his Corporate Governance qualifications and outside of work is a rugby player for Guernsey Raiders.

Ceisha Martin

Ceisha joined Belasko as a manager on the Guernsey funds team in September 2023, taking the day-to-day administration lead on a portfolio of clients.

Ceisha has a strong background in the fund administration industry, having serviced a varied range of private capital clients over the last eight years. Ceisha has a particular strength in company secretarial and corporate governance matters and is a Graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute.

Keeleigh Le Tissier

Keeleigh, who is based in our Guernsey office has 10 years of experience working within the finance industry including both corporate services and fund administration.

Her experience includes working with both regulated and unregulated real state funds and structures, including unit trusts and incorporated and protected cell companies. Keeleigh is responsible for the client service delivery in our real estate team in Guernsey and is passionate about providing great client service.

Adam Le Pelley

Adam joined Belasko in November 2020 and has over 25 years’ financial services experience in the fiduciary sector having previously worked at an independent trust company for 21 years looking after Ultra High Net Worth individuals and their families.

Adam has extensive experience in commercial / residential properties together with complex private wealth and corporate structures across multiple asset classes whilst ensuring the management and the day‐to‐day administration, client expectations and deadlines are met. Adam has a wealth of experience developing strong client and intermediary relationships across the business to ensure excellent client service values are met. Adam is based in our Guernsey office and works across all of our jurisdictions.
